Hand-Embellished Prints are archival pigment prints with a significant amount of added-by-hand color. Using colored pencil, I build up layers slowly over each print, creating an artwork that feels luxurious, bold + intimate all at once.
Because each embellished print is created individually, every piece is unique. Colors can shift subtly from print to print and can be customized to harmonize with your space.
This process allows me to continue evolving an image after the painting stage, exploring different ways color can create light, atmosphere and presence. Each embellished version becomes its own way of bringing the image to life.
